Hampsthwaite, formerly of Knaresborough, and operating mainly in the

Harrogate / Knaresborough area and outlying towns and villages.

Steve specializes in the cost effective preparation of architectural designs /

drawings for domestic extensions, alterations refurbishments etc for Planning

Permission and Building Regulations approval purposes; and to assist the

client in obtaining builders quotations.

20 years plus experience in this specific field, with plans prepared for over

1,500 projects in that time.

Very good working relationship with Planning Departments with a good

understanding of what is likely to be acceptable. Excellent relationship too

with Building Control and an excellent knowledge of Building Regulations.
